At PrimePath Unicare, our Achievement Centers offer welcoming, engaging day programs created to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build skills, confidence, and meaningful relationships.
Through structured activities, community inclusion, and hands-on learning, participants are encouraged to explore their interests, strengthen independence, and get the most out of each day in a supportive, person-centered environment. We proudly operate two Achievement Center locations, each thoughtfully designed to meet the specific needs of each individual and ensure all participants reach their full potential.

Our Houston Achievement Center is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built space that reflects our vision for comprehensive, person-centered support. This location offers an exceptional range of features and services:
- Dedicated programs for high need, low need, and medically fragile individuals
- Nurse’s Suite to support medical needs and everyday wellness
- Full Therapies Suite providing in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapies
- Life Skills Areas: Kitchen, Bedroom, Laundry Room, and Supermarket for real-world independence
- Computer Lab supporting digital literacy and vocational readiness
- Library for reading, learning, and quiet engagement
- Sensory Rooms for regulation and sensory support
- 5,500 sq. ft. Town Square — a central gathering space for activities and connection

Dallas Achievement Center
Our newly renovated Dallas Achievement Center blends familiar warmth with hands-on learning and community integration for more independent individuals. This location features thoughtfully designed spaces that support daily life skills, social engagement, and personal development:
- Life Skills Kitchen for meal preparation and cooking practice
- Life Skills Bedrooms to learn and practice real-world routines
- Laundry Room for hands-on daily living skills
- Computer Lab to build digital literacy and vocational skills
- Recreation Room for games, socialization, and downtime
- Sensory Room to support regulation, relaxation, and individual needs
- Spacious program rooms for group activities and enrichment
Dallas serves as a vibrant hub where participants can practice everyday skills while building confidence in a supportive, engaging environment.

Across both locations, participants take part in individualized, goal-driven programming designed to support growth, independence, and community connection. Each participant’s experience is guided by a person-centered plan, ensuring dignity, respect, and individuality remain at the heart of everything we do.
Life Skills Development
Hands-on training in cooking, budgeting, personal care, and household management to build real-world independence.
Community Inclusion & Outings
Trips to parks, movies, sporting events, volunteer opportunities, and local attractions that connect participants with the broader community.
Social Skills & Relationship Building
Structured group activities and social exercises that help participants build friendships, communication skills, and confidence.
Creative, Recreational & Enrichment Activities
Art therapy, karate, dancing, karaoke, music, and crafts that celebrate creativity, self-expression, and joy.
Health, Wellness & Movement
Exercise programs, yoga, dance fitness, and wellness activities that promote physical health and mental well-being.
